Adrien Brody: One listen and it feels like this band captures what Passion Pit was always reaching for and missing. In other words, a tolerable lead vocalist.



Jagwar Ma - Come Save Me (Flight Facilities Graceland Remix)

DJ YAMZ: Had to find out what made this a "Graceland Remix". Wait for a minute and a half and all will become clear.

Devo: They dropped the "We Are" which is good because that was hard to say.

Jagwar Ma - The Throw

CARL:  Really digging the ambient 90s vibe in the second half here.



Bahamas - Lost in the Light

Ding:  Cleared out a tiny, totally hetero space in the catalog next to Lamontagne for the likes of this guy.



Autre Ne Veut - Play by Play

Corrigan:  This song works ... trust me.



Ducktails - Letter of Intent

Kowieski:  Most of these tracks have a Real Estate-meets-Destroyer vibe, which makes sense since the band was started by one of the dudes in Real Estate.  This track has a more chilled-out electropop vibe with some nice female vocals, really soothes the soul.



Roadkill Ghost Choir - Beggar's Guild

Hollering:  Think late night lake/float trip anger when you and the other solo brajs are passing a bottle of cheap whiskey and reassuring each other how much you don't give a shit. And then somebody throws a gross of bottle rockets into the fire.
